What is included in the clean?
Our 49 Point Checklist guides each of our cleans. It helps us make
sure we get all of the nitty gritty on each visit including baseboards, windowsills,
doorknobs and light switches. If you’re looking for something specific for your
clean (like vacuuming the dog bed!) just let us know and we’ll be sure to add it to
our notes.
How do I prepare for my clean?
No need to run the vacuum before we arrive. However, for the most
efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any toys, clothing, or
trash before we arrive. Also, make sure your pets are somewhere comfortable so we
don’t disrupt their peace.
Do you bring supplies?
Of course! We arrive with everything we need to get your home
sparkling, and we take all our supplies and equipment with us when we leave. If you
have preferences in regards to the cleaning products and equipment we use, please
let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if you need more time?
The price calculated here is an estimate based on cleaning
thousands of homes each month. If we find we need additional time we’ll notify you
when our staff do their initial walk through the day of the clean.
Can I cancel my clean or all of my future cleans?
We never lock you in to long term contracts. We want our clients
to want to work with us because they love our service. If you ever need to cancel,
just give us a call with a minimum of 2 business days notice.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance and
we’ll do our best to shift your schedule. Please contact your local MaidPro office
manager, not your PROs.
Who will be cleaning my home?
MaidPro is very careful to select, vet, and train every one of our
PROs. You’re getting only the best housekeeping professionals, employed, bonded and
insured by MaidPro. All of our PROs are employees — MaidPro never uses subcontractors.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
At MaidPro, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we
provide our PRO Clean Promise. If any area of your home isn’t cleaned to your
satisfaction, just let us know within 24 hours. We’ll happily return to re-clean
the area at no additional cost.
